Every placement has a natural size range, and the right one keeps your logo readable and clean in thread.
- Left Chest: The most common corporate placement, a compact logo, typically up to around 4 inches wide. Best value and the standard for polos, shirts, and jackets.
- Sleeve: A smaller secondary spot for a mark, monogram, or sponsor logo, usually kept narrow to sit cleanly on the arm.
- Cap and Hat Front: A curved surface with its own setup, a front-panel logo generally sits within roughly 2-2.5 inches tall by 4-4.5 inches wide. Side and back placements work for smaller marks.
- Full Front and Back: For bold branding on hoodies, jackets, and workwear, larger areas (up to roughly 10-12 inches) carry more detail but need a heavier, denser stitch.

Embroidery doesn’t read a picture, it reads a stitch file. Digitizing is where your logo is converted into that file: the path, direction, density, and underlay the machine follows. Not every item or design is suitable for embroidery. Before confirming production, we review the garment, fabric, seams, pockets, zippers, lining, logo size, and artwork details.
Embroidery may not work well for:

- heavily padded backpacks or bags
- areas blocked by seams, zippers, pockets, or lining
