What to Know Before You Print a Tank
Less room than you think. A tank’s print area is narrower than a t-shirt’s because the armholes cut in. Wide logos that work on a tee often need to be scaled down or reworked to sit cleanly.
Thin fabric shows more. Lightweight and tri-blend tanks are less forgiving, so heavy ink coverage can stiffen the front. Simpler, bolder artwork usually wears better.
Placement sits higher. Because there’s no shoulder seam to anchor to, a design placed at t-shirt height can look like it’s sliding down. We set tank placement a little higher.
