Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF are preferred. A high resolution PNG may also work for full-colour printing. If your file is not production-ready, our team can help prepare it.

Custom Drinkware FAQ
Is there a minimum order for custom mugs or tumblers?
No. Firebird Prints can support small custom runs and larger bulk orders. Pricing depends on the product, quantity and decoration method, with volume discounts available for larger orders.
How quickly can custom drinkware be produced?
Turnaround depends on product availability, quantity, artwork and printing method. Rush options are available for some orders. Tell us your required in-hand date when requesting a quote so we can confirm what is achievable.
Can you print full colour logos on mugs and bottles?
Yes, full-colour printing is available on many products through sublimation or UV DTF. Laser engraving is also available for suitable metal bottles and tumblers when a permanent, single-tone finish is preferred.
Are custom mugs and tumblers dishwasher safe?
Care requirements depend on the product and decoration method. Some sublimated products may tolerate regular washing, while hand washing is usually recommended for printed or coated drinkware to protect the finish. We will confirm the appropriate care instructions for your selected product.
What artwork file should I provide?
Vector artwork in AI, EPS, SVG or PDF format provides the best results. High resolution PNG files may also be suitable. We review every file and provide a proof before production.
