Custom Printed Tablecloths for Trade Shows and Events in Vancouver
Firebird Prints prints custom tablecloths in Vancouver for trade shows, conferences, pop-ups, and community events. Full colour dye sublimation on wrinkle resistant polyester, printed edge to edge with no seam running through your logo.
Your table cover is usually the largest branded surface in a booth. It hides boxes and cables, gives your team a clean front to stand behind, and reads from across the hall. Done properly, it does more work than a banner.
We are based on Victoria Drive in East Vancouver, so local pickup is available and artwork questions get answered the same day.
Tablecloth Styles We Print
Choose the look that fits your setup. We’ll print it in full color and finish it clean.
Draped table throws
The classic loose drop. Easiest to put on and take off, and forgiving if your table size changes between venues.
Fitted table covers
Tailored to the table with sewn corners, sometimes with a zipper back. The sharpest option for trade show booths because it does not shift or bunch during a long show day.
Stretch table covers
Pulled tight over the table for a smooth, modern surface with no folds. Popular for tech events and product launches.
Round tablecloths
For cocktail and reception tables, laid out so your logo stays centred and balanced from every angle.
Table runners
A lighter way to brand a table you do not want to fully cover.
Table Sizes and Coverage
We print for standard 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft trade show tables. Most event tables are 30 inches deep and 29 inches high, and our covers are cut to those dimensions unless you tell us otherwise. If your venue supplies an unusual table, send the measurements and we will confirm the fit before printing.
Three sided or four sided. A three sided cover leaves the back open so your team can sit down or reach storage under the table. A four sided cover closes the back completely and looks better when the booth is visible from behind, such as an island or corner space.
Not sure which one your booth needs? Tell us the booth layout and we will recommend the right one.
Fabric, Print Quality, and Care
We print with dye sublimation, which bonds the ink into the polyester rather than sitting on top of it. Colours stay vivid, the surface stays soft, and the print does not crack or peel after repeated folding.
- Wrinkle resistant polyester that recovers after being packed
- Seamless printing across the full front panel
- Machine washable, hang to dry, low iron if needed
- Colour held consistent across reorders for multi event teams
Some Vancouver venues ask for fire rated fabric in exhibitor spaces. Let us know where you are showing and we will confirm what your setup needs before production.
Tablecloth Artwork and Logo Placement
The most common mistake is placing the logo too low. On a covered table, anything below about ten inches from the floor sits behind chairs, bags, and foot traffic all day.
- Send vector files where possible, high resolution PDF or PNG also works
- Keep logos and text clear of the corners and the bottom edge
- Design for the front panel first, that is what people actually see
- Strong contrast reads better than detail under bright hall lighting
We check placement, scale, and print readiness on every file and send a proof before anything goes into production. If your artwork needs setup work, our designers handle it.
Who Orders Custom Table Covers
- Trade shows, expos, and exhibitor tables
- Conferences, registration, and check in desks
- Retail pop-ups, markets, and product launches
- Real estate, community, and fundraising events
- Schools, non profits, and sports organisations
- Food brands and sampling stations
Matching Table Covers to the Rest of Your Booth
A tablecloth rarely goes out on its own. We print it alongside counters and podiums, custom backdrops, and tension fabric displays so the colours match across the whole booth instead of drifting between suppliers.

Custom Tablecloth Printing FAQ
What table sizes do you print for?
4ft, 6ft, and 8ft tables are standard, cut for the usual 30 inch depth and 29 inch height. Custom sizes are no problem, just send the measurements.
What is the difference between fitted and draped?
Fitted covers are tailored to the table for a structured look with no loose fabric. Draped throws hang loosely over the edges and are quicker to put on and remove.
Can I get an open back tablecloth?
Yes. A three sided cover leaves the back open for seating and under table storage, which is the usual choice for staffed booths.
Are the tablecloths washable?
Yes. The polyester we print on can be machine washed and hung to dry. Dye sublimation prints do not crack or fade with normal washing.
Do you offer pickup in Vancouver?
Yes. Pickup is available at our East Vancouver location, and we deliver across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
Can you match my brand colours?
We print to your supplied colour values and keep output consistent across reorders. Send your brand guide with the artwork and we will flag anything that will not translate cleanly to fabric.
Do you print single tablecloths or only bulk?
Both. Single covers are common for one off events, and bulk orders suit teams running several tables or multiple shows a year.
Can you help with the design?
Yes. Our designers set up the layout, check placement and resolution, and send you a proof before printing.
