A single gift shirt, a few shirts for a small team or a short test run can start with MOJO’s small-order T-shirt collection. MOJO offers selected styles without a minimum quantity. Browse the available shirts and request a quote with the garment, colour, sizes and artwork you want.
MOJO uses full-colour digital printing for its listed apparel. That does not mean every garment, design, print location or finish is interchangeable. If you need a particular shirt or placement, include it with your request so the team can confirm what is available. An additional print location may change the quote.
Ordering six or more? Use the custom T-shirt service
For 6 or more shirts, go to custom T-shirt printing in Vancouver to compare garment choices, discuss the print setup and request a quote. Include your total quantity, size breakdown, shirt preference, design, print location and deadline. The team can review those details before confirming the production plan.
6 is the starting quantity for this standard service, not a promise that every design or garment has the same price or production setup. If your order uses different artwork, multiple print locations or mixed shirt styles, describe that clearly in the request. The team will confirm how it affects the quote.
Why does a print shop set a minimum?
A shop’s order minimum and a printing method’s setup cost are different things. Artwork review, garment sourcing, proofing and production preparation take work even for a small order. Screen printing can also involve screens and other setup steps, so spreading those costs across more shirts may make more sense for some designs.
Digital methods can make small runs practical without traditional screen setup. Still, a method that can print one shirt does not automatically mean every service at a shop accepts a one-shirt order.

Should you add shirts just to reach 6?
Order the quantity you will actually use. Adding a sixth shirt may change the service route, but it does not automatically lower the total cost or guarantee a particular print method.
If you are close to 6, send the same design and garment details for the quantity you need and ask which route is appropriate. Compare the complete quote, including the shirt, artwork needs and print locations, before deciding.

Yes, selected T-shirts in MOJO can be requested as a single-piece order. Check the MOJO collection for the current styles and ask for a quote for your chosen design.
Give the team your size breakdown, such as 2 small, 2 medium and 2 large. Ask them to confirm availability and how the order is priced. If you also need different shirt styles, colours or designs, list those separately rather than assuming they count as one setup.
Send your previous order details and the quantity you now need. A small reorder may fit the available MOJO options, but the garment, artwork, print match and current price need to be confirmed before production.
