Because most of our items are custom-made to order, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of personalized products.

Custom Printed Products
Most products offered by Firebird Prints are custom printed items, including but not limited to:
- Custom T-Shirt Printing
- Hoodies and Apparel Printing
- Tote Bags and Promotional Products
- Trade Show Displays and Booth Graphics
- Banners and Large Format Prints
- Stickers, Labels, and Marketing Materials
- Corporate Merchandise
- Event and Promotional Print Products
Because these products are produced specifically for each order, custom items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
However, we always stand behind the quality of our work.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is:
- damaged during shipping
- defective
- printed incorrectly due to our production error
please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the product
- a brief explanation of the issue
Once reviewed, our team may offer one of the following solutions:
- free reprint of the affected item
- partial refund
- store credit for future orders
Customer Design Errors
Firebird Prints prints exactly what is approved by the customer. For this reason, we cannot issue refunds or reprints for mistakes that appear in the customer-submitted artwork or approved proofs, including:
- spelling errors
- incorrect design elements
- low resolution images
- color differences caused by file formats or screen displays
We strongly recommend reviewing your proofs carefully before approving production.
Color Variations
Due to differences between screen displays, file formats, and printing methods, slight color variations may occur.
Minor color differences are considered normal in the printing industry and are not considered defects.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled only before production begins.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible because materials and printing processes have already been initiated.
If you need to make changes, please contact our team as soon as possible.
Shipping Issues
Firebird Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 5 business days and provide photos so we can assist in resolving the issue.
