Thank you for shopping with Forever Bliss, a brand powered by Firebird Prints. We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.

Please review our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Custom printed items (such as personalized gifts, apparel, or signage) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by us.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@firebirdprints.com

We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital files or downloadable designs

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For defective items, Firebird Prints will provide a prepaid return label.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@firebirdprints.com with your order number and details.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet started.
Once printing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
